Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at Lucu Collection We will gladly help you exchange/return items based on the following guidelines: "ONLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED" A CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG PURCHASE reason does not entitle a customer to exchange or refund. The Policy will not apply if the reason for the return/exchange or refund is CHANGE OF MIND or WRONG PURCHASE. Exchanges/replacements will be honored within 7 (seven) days upon receiving. Exchanges/replacements are only entitled to customers who received defective items; we can't make a replacement order if you CHANGE ADDRESS or MISTAKENLY INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS, We will offer refunds for purchases without discount codes. The discount code of your choice will determine the amount of your remaining balance. Proceeding to checkout will mean that you have fully agreed to our terms and policies. Any reason for a refund will be deemed unacceptable. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) We only replace defective or damaged items. The item/s must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Since you have agreed to our terms and conditions, we do not entertain issues regarding chargeback. You have given us the authority to charge your credit card and we cannot offer a refund in cases wherein you solely just decide to change your mind or you no longer want to continue with your transaction alone.
